Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing products from our e-Store. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Updates to this policy are reflected by the date shown in the Last updated component above. Please always ensure that you are aware of any updated content.

Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1-4 business days. There is no shipments or deliveries of orders on holidays or weekends.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

At jaysndees, most cases the shipping is performed via a third-party supplier, who also manages our inventory. As such, they will be responsible for manufacturing and shipping your products. It is for this reason that we are unable to provide any sorts of refunds for products and return shipping costs, even if a customer refuses an order, attempts to ship it back requesting a refund, or has ordered the wrong size, color, or even simply changed their mind.

Free Shipping

For some orders where a special coupon is used, we offer free standard shipping for Australian customers, to Australian addresses when an Australian Print Company is used. We notify on applicable product pages when such an offer is available.

Shipping Fees

Mostly, there will be shipping costs for orders.
Below is a general guide of such costs, however they have been rounded UP to the nearest whole dollar. We do update the fees as we become aware of changes given by our inventory providers.
These are only for standard shipping.

The Estimated Days shows a general timeframe for delivery for various zones. Please check your zone for these timeframes.

For any order where we receive tracking information, we will provide an email correspondence with those particular details.

All estimates given here are given in good faith, but are just general estimations.

An actual shipping cost is given once a shipping address is provided, along with any other shipping options.

For EU and UK consumers:
This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made generally within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms of Service.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Our e-Store offers international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Gualeloupe
  • North Korea

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs, taxes or fees.

We are unable to mark any package(s) as a “Gift” to circumvent customs and duty fees.

On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

For some orders, due to the size, weight, or similar, there may only be limited shipping options available for certain items.

Shipping estimates given are counted as business days (Mon-Fri).

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Due to the number of different carriers available, and the limitations that some have with shipping to P.O. Boxes, the onus is entirely on the customer to check if their postal carriers support such deliveries.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible and will also advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.
